Day 1. Made it to the apartment on 62nd and Madison Avenue late in the afternoon. We walked to The Irish Pub on 54th and 7th Avenue to catch the Cavs-Celtics game and meet up with Mike and Hannah.
Day 2. Today Miguel arrived early. After settling in, we all took the subway to SoHo to meet up with Robertino for brunch at Lucky Strike. After brunch we took a stroll around the Village, made a stop at Dominique Ansel, and Washington Square Park before heading back to the apartment and get ready to make our way up to Mike's in Mamaroneck.
Day 2 (continued). To celebrate our get together - and catch Game 7 between the Warriors and Rockets - we took the Metro North from Grand Central to Mamaroneck.
Day 3. Random day...back to work for Mike and Daisy...but we all got together for dinner. Walked around the block a bit trying to find a restaurant to accommodate our large group and ended up at Tony's Di Napoli on the Upper East Side. After dinner...the boys took a walk out to Times Square.
Day 4. Today we had a nice to visit the 911 Memorial, lunched at Eataly (had Gellato, of course!)...then all met for dinner at Roberta's in Brooklyn.
Day 5. Last day in NYC. Vince and Matthew met up with Mike and the kids at the Bronx Zoo. I took dad to lunch at a diner near the apartment then we went for a stroll through the Bethesda Terrace at Central Park and walked around the 80's, walking by the 84th Street entrance to Regis High School.
